Great face and neck shield. I am like a few individuals that hate the greasy feel of sunscreen products on my face and neck. I spend a lot of time outside, and now that I am in the middle of hay season this helps me from burning up when I am on the tractor or throwing hay bales. I'm not writing this review to bash the southern fin company, but something needs to be fixed. I do really love the products that they are selling and I have already purchased a face shield, but the customer service was not great. I sent an email asking when my face shield was going to arrive, because I was curious, but they sent me back an email saying nothing about when it's going to arrive and only that it just shipped after 6 DAYS of purchasing it. I don't even know whether it's going to come in at this point because it's been far too long by now, but this issue needs to be fixed. I love what this company provides, but I wanted to give some constructive criticism so that they can improve.
